Join us on Sunday, October 5, 2025, for an evening of poetry by Texas Poetry Assignment contributors. This event will include both contributor readings and a generative workshop on a future TPA assignment related to daughters.

For this October reading of 2025, contributors will be asked to read two poems published by Texas Poetry Assignment, one poem by themselves and one on the topic of daughters by another poet of their choosing.

After the reading, Laurence will lead us in a generative workshop on the latest assignment.

This event will also be a fundraiser for Feeding Texas.

Readers might consider selecting poems on the same topics as recent assignments.
